Job Requirements
RN Licensure
2 years' of ED experience
Must attach required license and certifications or will be rejected
Must include driver's license / permanent home address on the submission - address must match ID
Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from facility – local candidates not accepted
Schedule Information
Nights 7P-7A
RTO : if contract encompasses both Easter and Memorial Weekend, both of those will not be granted off
If RTO spans an entire week or more, then time needs to be added to contract
Unit Specific Information
Patient ratio varies depending on acuity and volume coming in
Scope of role : Will function as 1 of 3-5 nurses during the night shift with 1 provider after 11P
Skills : Experience with a busy ED, ability to triage, bedside procedures (lines, drains, reductions, sedation, etc.)
Additional Details
Reason for opening : special, internal vacancy, leave coverage
Position will be required to float to other units : Yes
Number of beds in facility : 123 beds; 13 bed ED, with 11 bed fast care
Years of experience required : 2 years' ED experience
Willing to review clinicians with pending state license : No
