What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Adviser position at Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson?
Service Adviser needed for motorcycle dealership. This position is in the Service Department of the Dealership. This position is customer facing and you will be the initial and primary contact for customers in the service department. It requires the ability to multi-task as well as excellent customer service and organizational skills.Technical knowledge necessary to communicate with customers about their motorcycles. This position includes the following duties: Receives customer’s vehicle, investigates and records customer’s concerns and service needs, sells additional product or service where reasonable, schedules work, assigns jobs to service technicians, expedites work completion by working cross-functionally with other departments and maintains communication line to customer to update, revise and notify of completion and pick-up. Must be computer literate and able to type 40 wpm. Ability to move a motorcycle around the shop is also required. This is a full time position. Seeking someone with experience but will train the right person. Pay will be based on experience.
