Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality standards.
• Manage staff recruitment, training and foster a motivated team.
• Manage scheduling and payroll efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Increase business profitability.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create an innovative menu.
• Maintain all facilities in a clean, safe and professional atmosphere.

Skills

• Ten years’ proven experience in restaurant management.
• Strong technology and point of sales skills.
• Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food production and kitchen operations.
• Excellent cash handling skills with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
• Strong bar management skills, and floor management skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse team while fostering a positive work environment.
• Strong experience in bartending and serving is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
