What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at Lake of the Woods Association?
Background: Large HOA in Orange County VA is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time hourly position of Groundskeeper. This Position is responsible for performing general landscaping maintenance tasks for routine and special events: Two years experience using light equipment in grounds maintenance/landscaping.
Purpose of Job: To preserve and maintain the natural beauty of LOW common property.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in the operation of grounds care equipment.
- Labor intensive position that requires heavy lifting and the ability to stand, walk, and push/operate equipment for an extended period of times.
- The ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Applicants must have a valid VA. DL and pass criminal background check. EOE.
