Job Description: The Front Desk Agent position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Their primary responsibility will be to greet and check in guests, answer phones, and work with the hotel team to provide excellent guest service. Their other responsibilities include managing the hotel room inventory and making reservations for the team. The Front Desk Agent will also be responsible for maintaining security at the hotel and following all safety and health standards. This position will also be responsible for providing daily reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A college degree is also considered but not required.
- Customer service experience. A general understanding of hospitality practices is preferred but not required.
- The ability to work well in a team environment with others in a variety of roles.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.
- Check guests in and out promptly, accurately, and thoroughly while following all company policies, procedures, and practices while checking guests in and out at the front desk.
- Maintain security at the front desk by keeping it clean, neat, and well-stocked at all times.
