Responsibilities
- Perform check-in and check-out tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Register guests by collecting necessary information and providing exceptional hospitality services.
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to guarantee that all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to meet guests' needs.
Requirements
- Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to Lake Placid.
- Experience with hotel reservations software, like OPERA.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
