Job Description:
The Lake Placid Lodge is seeking Front Desk Agents to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and manage all aspects of their stay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a pleasant and memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Register guests, collecting necessary information
- Provide information about the hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and fully-furnished
Requirements:
- Work experience in a similar role, such as Receptionist or Front Desk Agent
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to reliably commute to Lake Placid
- Experience with hotel reservations software, like OPERA
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
