Residency Director, School of Ministry

What you'll do :

• Develop future ministry leaders through the Lakepointe School of Ministry Residency & Internship programs.
• Prepare Residents to be excellent staff members embodying Lakepointe culture.
• Ensure that Residents are used in meaningful ministry that propels Lakepointe Church.
• Help graduating Residents with job placements at Lakepointe, SLN Church plants and beyond.
• Supervise the Young Adult Pastor who is building a ministry for 18-30-year-olds at Lakepointe Church, including college students.
• Supervise the SOM / LPYA Associate and engage with the recruitment and admissions of SOM Interns & Residents.
• Work with Lead Pastor of Leadership & Missions to evaluate and devise strategies to train, prepare, and release young adults into meaningful ministry.
• Play a key role in curriculum partnerships and course credits for SOM students.
• Lead our teaching team of staff that provide Theological and Practical Ministry Instruction for our Interns & Residents.
