What you'll do :
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide Tier 2 support for escalated issues from Tier 1 support, troubleshooting complex issues in servers, network infrastructure, and related systems.
- Analyze system logs and diagnose advanced problems to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operation
- Document and escalate unresolved issues to relevant IT teams
