We are seeking a dynamic LPN/RN to join our skilled nursing team. Our mission and values give the right candidate the chance to make a difference in someone’s life, every day!
Under the direction of a RN Supervisor or Director of Nursing, provides skilled nursing resident care activities and accommodation services in accordance with standards, regulatory guidelines and license requirements. Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures. Meets, maintains and supports the standards of nursing care and practice in order to meet the healthcare needs of assigned residents.
Minimal Education:
- Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing.
Minimal Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience.
- One (1) year skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
Other Qualifications:
- Current Nursing License
- CPR certified
