Description
Lake Region Corporation is looking to fill three (3) positions at our Youth Group Home providing support for four (4) youth.
Position 1: Part-time 3p - 8p Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri
Position 2: Full-time AWAKE Overnights - 7 nights on and 7 nights off
Week 1: Wed/Thurs 10p - 7a Week 2: Sun 8p - 7a
Fri 10p - 8a Mon/Tues 10p - 7a
Sat 8p - 8 am
Position 3: Full-time 7a - 3p Mon - Fri
There are 4 young adults that reside in this home. Major responsibilities include:
- Hygiene, grooming, dressing assistance
- Medication administration
- Meal/snack preparation following diet orders
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
A. High school diploma or GED preferred.
B. Valid driver’s license preferred.
C. Computer experience preferred.
D. Certification in developmental disabilities preferred. Must be willing to meet certification requirements for the position.
E. Must be able to perform CPR, AED, First Aid upon certification.
F. Must be able to implement Therapeutic Response Techniques.
G. Must be able to occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and lift 10 lbs. overhead.
H. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and squat frequently throughout shift.
