$15,000 sign-on bonus with two year work commitment!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated athletic trainer who will be invested in our athletes' success. As an athletic trainer, you will be a valued member of our team under the direction of the Team Physician and the Director of Orthopedics. You’ll provide athletic training services at an assigned location(s); services such as bracing and taping, injury evaluation, rehabilitation, and assessment of athletic injuries. This position will also assist the Lead Athletic Trainer in the development of sports medicine services in Fergus Falls and our surrounding communities. Also, you will assist in coordinating physician coverage as needed for athletic events.

Hours/Shifts
80 hours biweekly with varied shifts
Compensation:
Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
Wage Range: $26.14 - $36.03 Hourly

Qualifications
Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and/or related field (a Master’s degree in a related field is a preferred qualification, but not required for the position).
- Prior work experience is not required, but internships and clinical experience is helpful.
- Successful completion of BOC certification, current state licensure is required.
- Upon hire, or within 6 months, Healthcare Provider level/AED CPR certification is also required.
