Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees Lake Region Healthcare - Elbow Lake housekeeping activities to ensure that our facilities provide an exceptionally clean and safe environment for our employees, patients and visitors. He/she supervises and assigns tasks to our Housekeeping staff, provides training, monitors inventory and performs housekeeping duties throughout the facilities.

Hours/Shifts
80 hours biweekly, Monday to Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm, every 4th weekend
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $24.26-$31.06/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications
Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities.
- Education/Special Skills: High school graduate or equivalent. A broad knowledge of cleaning procedures as related to hospitals and clinics preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Valid MN motor vehicle operator's license.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.
- Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required.
