Description
The purpose of this position is to facilitate complete patient registrations in a timely and quality manner and report the status of work in progress. Ensure compliance with CMS rules and regulations, legal document signatures and HIPAA privacy and confidentiality. Verify patient eligibility for services and cash collections.
Shifts:
Every other Tues/Wed 11:00-7:00pm and every other weekend 9:00am - 5:00pm, 32 hours biweekly.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $17.64-$22.52/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications
Associates degree and/or one year prior experience in hospital or clinic revenue cycle functions such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, medical billing and reimbursement.
Proficient in Microsoft office and various computer applications.
Must be able to type 45 words per minute
Intermediate medical terminology knowledge or complete a class within 6 months of hire.
