Description
The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients. The framework for practice will be the nursing process in order to prescribe, delegate and coordinate nursing care. The RN has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, LRH employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position. The RN must be able to supervise patient care, secure cooperation from others, problem-solve, and exercise initiative and judgment.

ICCU: Come join our Intensive Care Unit department! You’ll have the ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment where teamwork is a key focus. You will provide a healing touch for all ages, and feel rewarded by the care you provide each day. We are seeking caring, motivated individuals to join our team!
Shifts:
48 hours biweekly, 12-hour Day/Night shifts and every third weekend

Compensation:
The pay range for the RN position is $37.68-$57.45. BSN adds $1.00/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications
To perform in this position requires the incumbent to be a graduate of a school of nursing with current licensure in Minnesota. Completion of Basic Cardiology class. Minimum of one year medical/surgical experience. ACLS Certification preferred or willingness to obtain ACLS certification within one year. PALS Certification preferred or willingness to obtain PALS certification within one year. TNCC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain TNCC certification with one year. This position requires current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months.
Salary : $38 - $57
