Description
Primary responsibility is to perform Respiratory Care, PFT, EKG, Sleep Studies and EEG related patient care procedures as outlined in Essential Job Functions for the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. The individual will also be responsible for documentation in the medical record of care rendered as well as charge, filing and record keeping functions.
The Respiratory Therapist works directly with patients providing patient care. The individual works in conjunction with nurses and physicians and in cooperation with other allied health care workers internally and externally. The individual supports the mission statement and philosophy of excellence of the corporation as well as the goals and standards of the department.
Hours/Shifts:
Casual (less than 32 hours biweekly)
Compensation:
Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
Wage Range: $33.24-$44.70/hour

Qualifications
1. Education/Special Skills: Minnesota Respiratory Therapist license required. This position requires current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred within 1 year of hire in position, if not already registered.
2. Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required.
3. Must be able to attend the work site per schedule.
