QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience programming and planning for academic, social/emotional, and mental health needs of high school students with disabilities - Preferred
Previous experience working with students with academic and behavioral needs - Required
Ability to write quality IEPs in a timely manner- Required
Ability to co-write and follow behavioral plans – Preferred
Ability to lead a self-contained/supported program team of educational technicians and service providers to ensure the IEP is followed appropriately
Demonstrated ability as a clear and effective communicator with students, staff, and parents
Demonstrates flexibility, organization, and time management skills
