Lake Regional Health System is looking for a dedicated, professional Paramedic to join our Emergency Department (ED) team. With our state-of-the-art hospital and network of clinics, therapy sites, and pharmacies, Lake Regional offers a wide range of employment opportunities in our community.
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Paramedic performs a variety of duties to assist the nursing staff and physicians in rendering patient care in the Emergency Department. This role provides patient care within a defined scope of practice that includes observation, assessment, and specified treatments and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current Paramedic Licensure for State of Missouri
- BLS certification
- Current training in Advanced Life Support (PALS and ACLS); OR must be obtained within 6 months of hire
- Education requirement of High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
