They will also have previous personal banking or lending experience with a strong understanding of financial products/services. Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the retail staff members and exhibiting managerial effectiveness with office staffing, performance, promotions, etc.
- Opening and closing the office location following security procedures.
- Conducting staff meetings for the office location.
- Maintaining personal banking knowledge with the ability to open accounts, originate retail loans and understand the CSA function with the ability to maintain a cash drawer.
- SUPPORTING AND ADMINISTERING GROWTH STRATEGIES IN THE AREAS OF CORE DEPOSIT GROWTH, ASSETS, AND NON-INTEREST INCOME.
- Developing, promoting and maintaining positive relationships with clients, the public, and the community in a manner that will promote the overall marketing and sales efforts of the bank.
- Resolving escalated client problems/issues as needed while providing quality, personalized service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
