What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Team Member position at Lake Ridge RV Resort?
As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through proactive maintenance and repair tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, and other systems within the Resort.
- Ensure the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the resort grounds, including landscaping and common areas.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of preventive maintenance schedules.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Experience:
- Previous experience in maintenance, electrical or plumbing or a related field is preferred
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent customer service skills
