Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble system components, including PVC piping, fittings, and basic wiring (training provided).
- Use tools such as drills, saws, and other equipment to prepare materials.
- Maintain and organize shop tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Field Installation and Maintenance: Perform both in-water and onshore tasks to ensure systems are operating effectively. Assist with upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment, including vehicles, boats, and small motors. Support preparation and transport of equipment to project sites.
Requirements:
- Experience with power tools and basic assembly work (preferred, but training provided).
- Knowledge of PVC piping assembly and fittings is a plus.
- Comfortable working in and around water (ability to swim required).
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive trucks with trailers.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexible part-time hours during winter with potential for full-time. Full-time hours during the summer season (Monday-Thursday, 10-12 hour days). Paid travel expenses for fieldwork. Hands-on training in assembly, maintenance, and installation.
