The Skills You Bring
- Develops, maintains, and manages Tableau driven dashboards, analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration and architecture.
- Develops complex data driven visually appealing Tableau analytical dashboards.
- Generates insightful data visualization and identify trends to aid in decision-making and demonstrate metric value to stakeholders.
- Acts as a liaison by working with multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies and requirements for the customer.
- Responsible for ensuring unique customer business needs that are properly translated to functional specifications and supported by the system solution.
- Facilitate customer engagement activities and follow-up with customers using data driven insights
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to communicate user insights to customers.
- Collects and analyzes the necessary data and key elements to support the implementation of software solutions including dashboards and data analysis trend tracking.
- Minimum 3 years of Tableau and SQL experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working in a consulting environment.
- Experience in data analysis, functional/technical design, data normalization.
- Minimum 3 years in Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint).
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, customers, and internal partners.
- Working closely with internal partners including technology and business teams.
- Creating an environment that fosters transparency, learning, innovation, quality and speed.
