About the Role:

We are seeking a Corporate Business Coordinator to manage and streamline operational and administrative tasks across the company. This role ensures efficient execution of organizational processes and projects, contributing to the company’s overall productivity and success. This individual will support the executive team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination of Project Management: Provide coordination of projects, including task and project management support. Communicate project status. Manage project management databases and sites, as well as open and close projects.
• Business Process Analysis: Assist in implementing business strategies. Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Gather data to support decision-making.
• Reporting and Documentation:  Prepare reports for management. Support managers in development of departmental policies and procedures.
• Tenant Relations: Lake Shore leases part of our headquarters to tenants. Serve as primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns and maintain records. Assist with lease renewals and terminations. Ensure tenants comply with regulations and property rules.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher.
• 3 years of work experience in administrative support, project management, or related role.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of work experience in administrative support, project management, or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Corporate business environment experience.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and tools.
• Business Analysis or Six Sigma Green Belt training.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with tenants/tenant relations.

Qualifications

Salary : $52,000 - $64,000
