What You’ll Do

• Capture top-quality real estate media (photos, videos, drone shots, and 3D tours) at various properties across Metro Detroit.
• Build lasting relationships by creating positive, engaging experiences for real estate agents and homeowners.
• Set your own schedule and book shoots around your other clients or commitments.
• Travel up to 15-35 miles per day to shoot locations across town.
• Communicate effectively with clients and our team through call, text, email, and Slack.
• NO editing or post-production needed! Just shoot and upload – our team will handle the rest.

• Enjoy being behind the camera, capturing stunning visuals, and taking pride in delivering exceptional work.
• Don’t mind traveling throughout the city to different shoot locations and enjoy working independently.
• Want to grow with a dynamic and innovative real estate media company that values creativity and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in photography and videography.
• Excellent conversation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and homeowners.
• Attention to detail and commitment to capturing the perfect shot.
• A professional and dependable attitude with a desire to continuously improve.
• Great and timely communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.

Bonus Points For

• Experience using a gimbal for stabilized video.
• Owning a full-frame mirrorless camera (Sony a7iii or similar) and wide-angle lens.
• Experience with video production, including directing on-camera talent and property shots.
• Drone experience and FAA Part 107 certification.
• Wedding videography experience.
