- As a Weekend Homecare Physical Therapist - Per Diem Float, you will work with clients one on one in their home environment focusing on functional mobility, fall prevention, and home safety. You will develop and implement creative and evidenced based individual care plans that will enhance clients’ quality of life in their own home.
