We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our interdisciplinary team in a hospice home health setting.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on patient / client care, maintaining a neat and safe environment for the patient / client
- Use proper techniques for bathing and hygiene care, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care for the patient / client
- Prepare meals for the patient / client and provide emotional support
- Offer respite care for the patient / client's family
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and services to patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.
Requirements
- Proof of flu vaccination
- Active NH LNA license
- Reliable transportation and automobile insurance
- Physical exam within the last year and two-step TB test
