The Investor Relations Representative will work under the direction of the Investor Relations Administrator to assist shareholders, prospective shareholders, and other stakeholders with questions regarding the company's Direct Stock Purchase Plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). The Investor Relations Representative will provide excellent customer service through effective communication via email, phone and mail correspondence. Assist the Investor Relations Department with special projects, and be responsible for office/clerical work in the department which will include maintaining accurate records, SEC compliance, shareholder communications, and historic documents. Possess strong communication skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Maintain shareholder confidence in the integrity of company and confidentiality of their personal transactions and securities investment while protecting the confidential and proprietary information of the company.
- Work directly with shareholders to answer questions and complete various tasks to ensure accurate execution of shareholder transaction requests by our Transfer Agent (EQ).
- Maintain complete and accurate records of documentation sent to company from our Transfer Agent
- Maintain complete and accurate records of shareholder/investor communications and historic documents pertinent to company.
- Perform research for and obtain historical shareholder information held at company. including the use of micro-phish.
- Work to keep company in compliance with SEC reporting requirements overseen by the Investor Relations department.
- Perform administrative work for Investor Relations as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Finance, with no experience OR
- Associate’s degree in business, marketing, finance or related field and 1 year of previous job related experience in an office setting, administrative work, or customer service OR
- High School Diploma and 3 years of previous work experience in an office setting, administrative work, or customer service may be considered toward satisfying the education requirement.
