RN Case Manager/Visit Nurse

• .6 FTE or .8 FTE
• Every 3rd Weekend On-Call (May vary dependent on organizational needs)
• Flexible Scheduling
• 8:00am-4:30pm, 3 days a week (M-F)
• Competitive On-Call Pay

• No previous RN experience required.
• Current MI RN license required at time of hire.
