NV Territory Sales Manager Position FOR HIRE!
Below you will find a description of roles and responsibilities as well as an associated compensation package for the Reno/Tahoe Sales Manager position with Lake Tahoe AleWorX. This position is designed to be based out of Reno and most closely affiliated with our Reno location while also maintaining close alignment and affiliation with our two lake locations at the Y and Stateline, respectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales/Account Management:
- Identify, prioritize and secure new on and off premise accounts
- Secure new placements and pass those orders on to our distributors, following through to ensure order entry
- Maintain & grow existing accounts via regular visits to build relationship with key players and decision makers
- Increase sales velocity by improving quality of existing placements with features including drink promos, draft handle placements, additional displays and key placements within retail sets.
- Coordinate attend account sampling and tastings to showcase the brand and improve product pull through
- Distributor Management:
- Work closely with distributor salesforce to foster relationships and maintain top of mind brand awareness
- Conduct work-withs (ride alongs) with distributor reps to assist in sales activities
- Train & Educate distributor sales force to ensure consistent messaging from distributor to retailer and retailer to consumer
- Brand ambassador/events representation
- Coordinate and work off site events as required
General Requirements
- Food & beverage industry sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle (with adequate snow country features) and insurance required
- Food and alcohol handlers certification
- Charismatic, motivated and ambitious personal qualities are a must
Compensation Package
- $65,000 base salary
- $20,000 bonus earning opportunities
- $5,000 per quarter
- Accrued based on the following:
- $50 per placement
- $100 per set seasonal menu placement
- $0.70 per mile reimbursement
- $500 per month bar spend
- $20 per card swipe cap
