The Lake Tahoe Community College is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead for IT to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as the technical expert in the area of system administration for complex integrated applications
- Provides support and maintenance of existing infrastructure, applications, and the development of new technical solutions
- Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance of critical enterprise applications
- Coordinates and schedules routine maintenance in a manner which maximizes benefits and minimizes impacts on the institution and student service operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science, or related field
- Four years of progressively responsible information technology experience
- Strong proficiency in designated computer programming languages
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
