As an Office Generalist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the overall efficiency of our operations.
Duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone systems and email.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately filed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, data entry, and collaborative projects.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, record keeping, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.
Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
