What You’ll Do
- Provide exposure and experience in the desktop support/engineering roles and the systems used on a daily basis (SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center)
- Windows 10 to 11 migration, ATM refreshes, A/V upgrades, workstation refreshes
- Ideal candidates should be pursuing a degree in IT or a related field,
- Possess basic knowledge of computer systems, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office/365 services.
