Manager of Clinical Services
The Manager of Clinical Services is a full-time, exempt role reporting to the Executive Director (ED). This role collaborates closely with the ED to uphold the highest clinical standards for end-of-life care. The Manager of Clinical Services provides leadership and oversight to our interdisciplinary team, ensuring excellence in patient care and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Guide interdisciplinary team members in compliance with state regulations, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and applicable standards. Partner with the ED to maintain organizational compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
- Staff Development: Lead team training, orientation, continuing education, competency assessments, and performance management. Offer on-call support for interdisciplinary team members.
- Policy Implementation: Establish and enforce policies and procedures to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strategic Contributions: Participate in organizational goal-setting, quality improvement initiatives, and process enhancements. Champion ethical business and clinical practices to ensure exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Registered Nurse licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota State Board of Nursing.
- Experience: Strong clinical and administrative background with a passion for serving patients and caregivers at the end of life.
