LWWD is in search of an Outside Sales Representative to join the team. We look to support one another, continually improve, and have a commitment to customer care. As the Outside Sales Representative you are primarily responsible for generating sales by reaching out to potential customers and establishing relationships with them. The primary role is to sell products or services and meet or exceed sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identifying potential customers and leads through research and networking.
- Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers to build trust and rapport, and to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiation: Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure sales and meet revenue targets.
- Customer Support: Providing post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Salary: This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure.
