Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assist in checking in campers, stocking, running a cash register, and cleaning at the Lake Wateree State Park Tackle Shop/Visitor Center.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Assist guests in creating and changing reservations.
- Be able to provide info about the park and surrounding area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store shelves and displays.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and checking for expired products.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
