About the role
As a Client Service Associate, you’ll act as a brand ambassador, making every client interaction memorable. With your problem-solving skills and warm, timely responses, you’ll build strong relationships and ensure our clients feel valued at every touchpoint.

- Provide superior service and support to our clients by promptly responding across various channels, including emails, chats, and phone calls.
- Communicate daily with our Operations Team to ensure a seamless fulfillment and returns experience.
- Ensure up-to-date information for inventory, sales, special collections, and discontinued items.
- Efficiently utilize our ERP and other software applications to ensure the highest-quality client experience, with the primary goal of expeditious problem resolution.
- Maintain an acute knowledge of our collections with the ability to speak about them fluently.
- Assist with client outreach and relations in order to maximize customer experience and promote the LAKE lifestyle.
