What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Attendant (Seasonal) position at Lake Wildwood Association?
Lake Wildwood is a wonderful community with a unique history of being the oldest private community in Bibb County. This lakeside community began over 50 years ago, with twelve ‘founding families.’ The large clubhouse deck overlooks an Olympic sized pool and picnic pavilion as well as the beach swimming area. The recreation area also features a mini golf course, full size tennis court and full size basketball court.
Job description:
Hours: 11:00am – 7:00pm, Tuesday – Sunday (Hours/Times may vary)
*WEEKENDS REQUIRED*
Lifeguard responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Opening, Hourly and Closing the duties each day according to Daily Lifeguard Checklist
· Sign in Residents & Guests
· Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and compliance with facility rules.
· Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
· Assist with food service operations, including taking orders and handling transactions.
· Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including lounges, restrooms, and surrounding spaces.
· Respond to conflicts or issues among guests with effective conflict management strategies.
· Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to ensure safety equipment is in place and operational.
· Engage with children and families to create a welcoming atmosphere.

1. $100 Bonus, at completion of 60 working days
2. Pay set at $9-$11 per hour, depending on experience
