The Design Intern will support the Design team with a variety of duties to help organize and expedite the design process.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Support the Design team during the product-development lifecycle.Assist with the preparation of presentation concept boards.Organize the design archives and manage SMS samples.Other duties, as required, to support the needs of the respective Design team, including : R&D for seasonal concept, maintaining linesheets, setting the showroom.This job description may not be inclusive of all assigned responsibilities or aspects of the job described and may be amended at any time.REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES :
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and PhotoshopExcellent computer skills and ability to learn new programs quicklyAbility to learn in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changingpriorities
Meticulous with attention to detail and an ability to multitaskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of the e-commerce landscape and familiarity with competing brands in the marketEDUCATION :
Bachelor's Degree (in progress)Design or Textile Degree Candidate
