Encanto Pet Clinic, a well-established and fully equipped veterinary practice, is seeking a Lead Veterinarian/Medical Director to join our dynamic team! Serving the Tucson community since 1999, we are excited to expand our leadership team and are looking for a dedicated and experienced veterinarian to help lead our practice into the future.

We are a community-focused, family-oriented clinic with a dedicated team of two full-time veterinarians and a highly skilled veterinary support staff. Our clinic is equipped with the latest technology, allowing us to offer top-tier care to our patients. We pride ourselves on offering a collaborative, supportive environment where you can practice medicine your way.
What We Offer:
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 to welcome you to our leadership team.
Competitive Salary: Base salary with bonus potential.

With 32 years of veterinary practice, Dr. Lent has served as president of both the Southern Arizona Veterinary Medical Association and the Arizona Veterinary Medical Association. He is a dedicated mentor and has a deep commitment to veterinary leadership and animal welfare. This is a unique opportunity to learn from one of the best while making an impact on both our practice and the veterinary community.
