- Foster new sales opportunities with both existing accounts and potential new customers through strategic outreach and upselling opportunities
- Present our clients products and services with the goal of driving revenue and customer enrollment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients customer base, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our products or services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to prospective clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis
- Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or client relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
