Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers in face-to-face interactions to explain products and services, address questions, and build rapport
- Collect and securely handle confidential customer information while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience and meet their requirements
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to develop skills, stay updated on products and services, and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Represent the company and its clients professionally, maintaining a high level of integrity and customer satisfaction throughout the enrollment process
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and contribute to achieving overall team goals
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales or any customer-facing role
