We are hiring an entry-level Customer Enrollment Representative with potential growth into management. Candidates with experience in hospitality, hotels, and restaurants are encouraged to apply as customer service skills and people skills are essential in this role.
As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping us execute customer acquisition and marketing strategies. You’ll work with a diverse team of people who focus on the following areas: sales and generating new business; customer service and relationship management; new product and promotion launches; local market research; new customer trend analysis; corporate and financial communications; recruitment marketing; and client-centric sales campaigns
Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers in face-to-face interactions to explain products and services, address questions, and build rapport.
- Collect and securely handle confidential customer information while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience and meet their requirements.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to develop skills, stay updated on products and services, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Represent the company and its clients professionally, maintaining a high level of integrity and customer satisfaction throughout the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and contribute to achieving overall team goals.
Qualities we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales or any customer-facing role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
