Customer Representative Responsibilities:
- Introduce and promote client products and services through a collaborative sales process that prioritizes customer needs
- Pay attention to market preferences and trends in order to provide feedback and solutions to client support teams
- Master client support training to represent the client with confidence and professionalism
- Collaborate in meetings with management and other entry-level Customer Representatives to organize tasks and maintain efficiency
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client protocols and services to provide real-time solutions for customer inquiries
Customer Representative Qualities:
- Entry-level experience in customer service, communications, management, sales, retail, marketing
- Ability to collaborate between departments and comfortable asking questions to ensure a smooth roll out of client campaigns
- Problem-solving skills to contribute to the development of new campaigns
- Excellent communication skills, both professionally and personally
