Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Introduce and promote client products and services through a collaborative sales process that prioritizes customer needs
- Pay attention to market preferences and trends in order to provide feedback and solutions to client support teams
- Master client support training to represent the client with confidence and professionalism
- Collaborate daily with management and other Customer Service Representatives to organize tasks and maintain efficiency
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client protocols and services to provide real-time solutions for customer inquiries
Customer Service Representative Qualities:
- Ability to collaborate between departments and comfortable asking questions to ensure a smooth roll out of client campaigns
- A proven ability or strong desire to solve problems and contribute to the foundation of new campaigns
- Excellent communication skills, both professionally and personally
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, especially when working toward client goals
- Previous experience in customer service, communications, management, sales, retail, or related fields is a plus

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
