Our company is experiencing rapid growth as we work to meet the increasing demand from our exclusive clients. We are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Verizon Sales Associate to join our expanding team in the Cleveland area. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in a designated territory, presenting our client’s products and services, and promoting new promotional offers. The primary goal is to build customer relationships, drive sales, and contribute to the overall success of our clients’ business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential customers to deliver exceptional service and sales support across assigned leads.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer data during all sales transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and consumers to foster a positive, collaborative environment.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with prospective customers to drive growth within your assigned territory.
- Educate customers about new and updated Verizon products and services, offering hands-on demonstrations where applicable.
- Track and maintain accurate records of all sales leads and customer interactions to meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to give full attention to customer needs and concerns.
- Quick and accurate data entry skills for processing customer information.
- Experience in sales, marketing, client acquisition, or product development is beneficial but not necessary.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
