As a Security Officer you are instrumental in ensuring the safety of our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Lakefront Nursing and Rehabilitation Center by monitoring the facility for any potential safety concerns and emergency situations, investigating suspicious activity, deescalating altercations, coordinating residents signing in and out and ensuring visitors are approved to enter the facility. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have :
As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and (2) years of experience in a Security Officer role. Three to five (3-5) years of experience in a Security Officer role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
