**Job Summary**
As a CNA/HHA at Worthington Place, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment. Your role includes observing and reporting symptoms and conditions, responding to security system alerts and resident call bells, and notifying supervisors of changes in resident needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide physical and emotional support to residents during designated shifts
- Maintain accurate records of resident observations and changes in condition
- Respond promptly to security system alerts and resident call bells
- Notify supervisors of increased resident care needs
- Assist with continence management and sanitation of resident suites and community restrooms
- Serve and collect food trays, reporting meal refusals or loss of appetite
- Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas
**Requirements:**
High School diploma/GED required; Certified Nurse's Aid/Home Health Aid certification required; 18 years of age or older; previous experience working with seniors preferred.
**Estimated Salary Range:** $25-$35 per hour, based on location and experience.
