Job Description:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Title Insurance Salesman to join our dynamic team at Lakeland Abstract. In this role, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our comprehensive range of title insurance products and services. You will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
•    Prospecting: Identify and pursue leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate new business opportunities.
•    Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and promote our services effectively.
•    Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our title insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
•    Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients, highlighting how Lakeland Abstract can meet their specific needs.
•    Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals and quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
•    Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
•    Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
Requirements:
•    Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in title insurance or related industries, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•    Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
•    Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•    Technology: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
