Salary : Tech Director-(PT)
Position Summary
The Tech Director (TD) oversees all aspects of technical production at the Pleasant Prairie campus, ensuring excellence in audio, video, and lighting (AVL) systems in a portable, set-up-and-tear-down environment.
This position reports to the Pleasant Prairie Campus Pastor and collaborates closely with the Tech Director at the Lake Geneva Campus.
Status : Part Time : 10-20 hours / wk
You Will : Lead :
Recruit, train, and disciple a volunteer team to set up, operate, and tear down AVL systems.
Build a culture of empowerment, excellence, and innovation among the tech team.
Ensure technical systems run smoothly during weekend services and events.
Direct :
Oversee high-quality technical production for worship services in a mobile context.
Collaborate with the Worship Pastor and Campus Pastor to create seamless worship experiences.
Manage the storage, maintenance, and transport of portable AVL equipment.
Support :
Partner with the Lake Geneva Tech Director for technical consistency across campuses.
Provide technical expertise for events and portable setups.
Contribute creative ideas for lighting, sound, video, and stage design to enhance the worship experience.
You Have :
Proven experience with AVL systems in a portable environment.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Knowledge of live sound mixing, lighting design, and video production.
Experience with technical software (e.g., ProPresenter, Dante, digital audio consoles).
Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure.
