What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Night Custodian position at Lakeland Community Church?

We are currently looking to create a team of Part-Time Night Custodians to serve in our newly renovated spaces. This position exists to create a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere. You will help ensure that every guest has an excellent experience while visiting Lakeland.
You will:
- Smile and warmly interact with guests who are on campus.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with set-up and clean-up for parties and events.
- Perform routine custodial tasks.
You have:
- The ability to actively listen and communicate with kids and adults.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- An enthusiastic personality that can “embrace the mess”.
- BONUS-Previous experience with custodial or maintenance work.
